Peggy has a background in nursing, clinical trials management and monitoring and is able to provide stories, case studies or to create materials that translate complex information into consumer/patient educational material.
Peggy worked overseas in Southeast Asia for 7 years as a clinical trials manager and development specialist and in shorter term projects in West Africa, and gained exceptional experience in teaching the building blocks of clinical trials.
She has experience in a variety of clinical trial programs, primarily in infectious diseases, including blinded studies of drugs and vaccines.
Peggy was a Registered Nurse in HIV/AIDS care and provided education, support and care to patients, as well as serving in an educational role for other health care professionals.
